There is something to be said about painting to paint. The process of using acrylic paint with a brush is a process of soothing labor, a practice in trusting faith one’s own aesthetic nature. The Wall are paintings that exist to be paintings and nothing more. The path to understanding art is to accept it in all forms; as art is fluid and necessary to thrive. As artist Kasimir Malevich described, "Art does not need us it never did." Art may not need us, never need us, but we need it.
